30 of the Most Unique Self Portraits You Will Ever See

It seems like every time you look at your feed you get overloaded with people taking selfies. I don’t mind people taking pictures of themselves but I just don’t understand why it has to be the typical out of focus cellphone pic that’s taken in the mirror. If you have a creative mind, you might be more inclined to take a more unique self portrait. There’s a million and one ways to take a picture but to capture the person that you are takes a true talent.

How to create unique self portraits

The first step in taking a unique self portrait is to never think of shooting it in the mirror. It always looks horribly out of focus, the lighting ‘s always off and if you have a flash on, you just lowered the bar from bad to god awful. The best way to capture your unique personality is to incorporate your interests in the photo. It never hurts to know a little photoshop. These Unique self portraits capture all sorts of people and their personalities. Some of these people are avid photographers, illustrators and others are artists. All are extremely creative and gifted at looking within to pull out the person that they truly are. [Source]
