Bathroom Stalls Turned Into Creative & Funny Elaborate Sets

Gerben & Marc, otherwise known as Gerban Grotenhuis and Guldor Photography have taken friendship, photography, and a curious fascination of bathroom stalls to the next level. While living in their studio — which also happened to be located in an old bank with joint bathrooms at the time, they had an interesting idea. Just how many creative and funny scenes could they create using those bathroom stalls?

The result is a humorous and creative photo series called Toilet Diaries that transformed joint toilet rooms into everything from a WWII battleground to the inside of a claw crane machine.

How did the idea come to mind?

Marc “You know.., after a night of heavy drinking you wake up in the toilet and realise you still need to do the dishes…”

The guys don’t take themselves too serious about it, which you realise once you notice their ambitions about the future of the Diaries. “After the CoffeeTableToiletbook we also want to create a Calander, a column, an unique fashionclothingline and offcourse a parfume. [toiletdiaries.nl]
