IKEA has always been known for it’s clean design, easy to assemble furniture and their wide range of affordable products. IKEA  also has a long history with fun engaging advertisements. IKEA AD: Long Live Diversity

This IKEA ad titled “Long Live Diversity” features 5 mosaic portraits made out of thousands of IKEA products for the Swedish summer and autumn campaign. The illustrations were created by Charis Tsevis, from the advertising Agency: Forsman & Bodenfors. This IKEA ad won an Epica Award in 2009 (Siver Poster Design) and European Design Awards (Bronze Advertorial).

Advertising agency Grabarz & Partner created this clever IKEA ad campaign to remind customers always to hire the assembly service at IKEA. The advertisement features poorly assembled IKEA furniture with a fun message brought to life by the mistake.

IKEA AD: Experience The Power of a Bookbook

IKEA created this great ad that displays the power of a good old-fashioned print catalog. The Swedish furniture retailer’s “Experience the power of a bookbook” video introduces viewers to a device that “changes the way we live” — the new IKEA catalog. It’s completely fun parodying the tone and language Apple uses to market its gadgets.
